  John Jeffcoat is not friendly nor does he care about anyone but himself. I would never deal with him again and i recommend that anyone who does have to deal with him is extremely careful .

  We finally picked one that he hadn't sold , He then called to say he was increasing the price of the blocks but ours would stay at what we agreed on.

  we had the contracts signed and all ready to go, i was heading in on Monday morning with our deposit chq but i was unwell that day and didn't go to work, So Tuesday i get into my office only to see an email from johns solicitor saying over the weekend john had more interest on the block and at a higher offer so he was not going to proceed with the sale to us. After me speaking with him on the phone all he could say to me was that money talks and i work in realestate so i should know how this works. (im a property manager). my partner and i were so upset at how things were handled and how john didn't care in the slightest that he was taking away our chance at building our first home, he only cared about the money.

  My partner and i were going through the process of buying our very first block of land through john, from the very beginning we had nothing but issues. We had emailed and spoken on the phone to him about 2 previous blocks which each time he would call back and say he sold them.
