  A negative rating would not even describe my disappointment regarding the customer service with Happy Cat Dry Cleaners. I took my wedding dress here after my wedding and it had one tiny mark on the train and also dirt around the bottom. I took my partner with me explaining this and showing the lady my dress. I went to pick my dress up and there were three huge new stains on my dress and the lady lied about the entire thing. Telling me that i had trashed my dress and spilt red wine all over it, that was the reason i took it to her. I explained that there was never any red wine in the package at my wedding, she got extremely abusive, yelling at me banging her hand on the desk, trying to get customers involved, telling me i have a shocking memory. I told her i would be taking it to fair trading and went to walk out. The lady come after me, grabbing me by the arm and grabbed my dress, tugging on my dress, yelling at me to give it back when it was my dress. I would never recommend anyone take anything valuable to this dry cleaner. If the lady hadn't lied about this i would have been understanding because accidents do happen. I look after everything i own and to have this happen is absolutely devastating and especially when the dress is worth $5,000.

  shocker - paid cash on drop-off. Didn't get a receipt - so they made me pay again. Never again! Ripped off!!!
