  Service department have completely denied everything and wiped their hands clean and said the new problems aren't their problem.

  Was suppose to be a simple complimentary check over and replacement of the control unit on the dash and was told 1 hour. 4 hours wait later I have dash issues and parts under the bonnet now broken.

  After ringing around a number of VW dealers in Sydney, I found John from Moss Vale Volkswagen to be the most helpful and efficient ( fair dinkum ), to deal with. He gave us the best deal over the phone in a matter of minutes. I would deal him again if i have another new car to purchase and recommend you give him a call.
