    I took my Skoda here to be serviced several weeks ago. At drop off I signed a work order of agreed work and asked if anything else was to be done that I be called. When I picked up the car, the work that I had not agreed on had been done and it was completely unnecessary. The cost was $1600 and I had to pay to take the car even know it was not working as well as it had been hours prior. There was no apology or willingness to rectify the issue. On sending an email later to ask questions I was completely ignored. I ended up emailing Skoda and Skoda responded that they will always take the side of the dealer even before I had explained the whole situation. I suggest as a consumer be careful as this business comes across very well until an issue arises.
