  Friendly, efficient staff and great coffee. Best for miles around. Bright, stylish premises. Food and cakes look amazing. Quality lifestyle products as well. Moss Vale is coming of age!

  I do not know of any business that treats customers in this manner and was quite disgusted in the approach that they took. Will never go there again and have been there numerous times for our coffee but not any more.

  Ps My daughter cannot eat eggs due to food intolerance. So our business went to Bernie's Diner across the road who were more than willing to accommodate a bacon roll and cater to customers with food intolerances. We did not have to explain why we only wanted a bacon roll!

  I advised the owner that I wanted to cancel the order due to the above. She said that she was not being rude but they do not change anything that is on the menu. I received my refund of $29.95.

  Today my daughter and I went to this place for breakfast. My daughter went to order the poached eggs two coffees and a bacon roll. To her dismay she was advised that the chef could not make a bacon roll as they do not make anything that is not on the menu. There was a "brekky roll" that is bacon and egg roll.

  My daughter returned to tell me what had happened and that she would not eat. I was furious and told my daughter that we would cancel our order and go and eat at a place that is customer focused.

  Beautiful food, a warm and inviting atmosphere. Worth a visit if you love good food, friendly service and great coffee. A must if you are in the southern Highlands
